We have 2 immaculate, comfortable and fully furnished rooms available for rent. Each room has a cosy double bed, a Tv, Wi-Fi, lock on the room door, a desk and built-in spacious wardrobes. One of the rooms has a mini fridge. The spacious bathroom next door can exclusively be used by occupants of the 2 mentioned rooms. These bedrooms are part of a modern extremely well maintained detached house with friendly hosts. The spacious communal open plan area consists of a well equipped kitchen and a sofa for watching Tv. The property is located in a quiet green area, with plenty of free parking, 3minutes walk to the bus stop that can take you to Purley station (24 minutes to Victoria station and 15 minutes to Gatwick airport). Behind the house, there is a sports club with a gym, tennis and padel courts.
