3-week sublet (2-24 May)

Hi all! I’m subletting my room in a 2-bedroom flat in Hackney Wick between 2-24 May. It’s a large, bright, double bedroom, fully furnished.

The room is furnished with a double bed, a desk, and you’ll have access to a clothes rack and drawers. You’ll have access to your private (non en-suite) bathroom with toilet and bath tub. The lounge, kitchen and terrace are shared with my roommate. There is fast internet in the flat and a fully equipped kitchen.

The flat is on the 5th floor with elevator access. It’s approximately a 10min walk to Hackney Wick overground station, and just under 20mins walk to Stratford Station. Bus 339 stops right under the building.

The weekly rent is £250, or £750 for the entire period. All bills are included (water, electricity, broadband, TV License). The deposit will be £250.

with my friendly housemate Rohit (he/him). We’re queer, 30+, a non-smoking household. We geek out on cinema, politics, reading… Green fingers are a plus, as my housemate is not very good at keeping plants alive while I’m away 😉
