The property is a two bed terraced house with it’s own garden and extremely close to transport links into Birmingham city centre.

The room is a spacious double, fully furnished with bed, side table, bookcase, large cupboard, draws and shelves. The wallpaper is outdated but in good condition and I’m happy for it to be painted at your direction. So a chance to really make it your own space.

A little about me: I’m a non-binary, polyamourous, queer witch. I love animals and good company. I smoke, so smokers are welcome. I’m also disabled so it’s difficult for me to smoke outside, though i tend to keep it to my room. Looking for an easy going, friendly human who likes a laugh and the odd housemate movie night. Apart from myself there are no other lodgers except for a big friendly communal dog, Lola, who will no doubt make you feel welcome anytime you come home.
