We are looking for a tidy, sociable housemate to take over a furnished bedroom.

The flat is around the corner from the Magdalen Road shops and University of Exeter St Luke’s Campus.

Flat came unfurnished but has been furnished by the current flatmates including; bed, mattress, desk, chair, drawers etc. New flatmates will of course have use of the fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Looking for a non-smoking social flatmate who is easygoing but will take shared responsibility in regular cleaning and must take a share in all bills including; Gas, Electricity, Water and Council Tax.

We are a pair of working professionals in our 30s/40s who have lived together for a few years. We occasionally work from home and often take meals together and treat the living room as a social space. One is a non-drinker and the other only occasionally. We host small social gatherings every so often but a typical night often involves food and TV.
