Yapton Home
We are pleased to offer a very cosy and pretty single room in our three-bedroom home, complete with a lovely garden, located on a quiet residential road in Yapton.
Our household consists of myself and my 20-year-old daughter, both of whom work full-time.
We are looking for a female tenant who loves pets, as you’ll be sharing the space with our very affectionate cavachon dog, who snores loudly (earplugs recommended!), and two gorgeous cats who will seek out cuddles on their own terms. All our pets are girls!
For those without a car, Yapton’s bus service is excellent and provides convenient routes to Brighton, Worthing, and other nearby areas.
The room offers some storage, and additional storage is available in our converted loft. There is also plenty of space under the bed.
