We are a privately owned detached property located in Bishop’s Hull at the junction of Mountway Road and Northfields and offer one double room as shared accommodation on the first floor.
The accommodation comes fully furnished, with a fully complemented kitchenette, shower room with all the usual facilities, and a TV viewing lounge area, all self-contained on the first floor.
Access is via a communal front entrance and dedicated stairway. The property is fully carpeted throughout, with hard block wooden flooring in kitchen and shower areas and has gas Central Heating throughout.
The kitchenette has electric oven and hob, fridge freezer and second fridge, family size washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, sandwich toaster, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils sufficient for four people.
The shower room has a large cubicle with a power shower, and a standby electric normal shower.
Bedroom is a good-sized double bedroom with fully fitted furniture all round, light modern design and décor.
The house is less than 10 minutes walking distance from the Musgrove Park Hospital and there are local bus stops very nearby in Mountway Road.
About the roomies
The ground floor part of the house is occupied by the widowed owner, the first floor has one existing professional lodger who is a radiologist at Musgrove hospital.
