Francesco's room

It’s in town centre, it’s 40min train from/to Glasgow, and 30min by car, lots of restaurants and take aways downstairs, bus station 2 min. Walk and train station 5 min. Walk from home, supermarket downstairs, and the house is cosy, and you’ll have your own room, we share all the rest of the space. Room is quite a good size and it comes all with bed mattress, side tables, 1 wardrobe and 2 chest of drawers. The room in the picture is mine, not able to take a picture of the other room as my current flatmate is in it, but it looks like mine slightly bigger and have 2 windows as well,

It’s just me in the house, my flatmate is moving out so need someone else in, I’m a very tidy person I like to be clean, and do the dishes, take out the rubbish, clean my room, clean toilets and keep all tidy for us both, so I’m expecting the same from you, so no messy rooms please, do your dishes, and be responsible and I’m sure we will be buddy’s, you can play, study till late, scream and do whatever you like and have ur own privacy of course all in the limits not many house parties and if you do clean it after, and I have a cat, so a little friend that will hang around without bothering you, max he’ll say a couple of meow here and there as he likes to chat and cuddle. And important no open food around as he’ll try steal it. 😂 Kitchen is a bit small but it has what’s needed and is easy to keep clean too.
