Janice's room

The room is a spacious double room with a lovely garden, and has a double wardrobe and tv. You will have access to your own bathroom also. The house is very central to all major routes out and into Birmingham. We are 4 miles from M42, to the M40, & mils to M% and directly down the road to Junction 6 of M6

I am a single female who has a teenage son who stays with me 3/4 days week. I run my own fitness and wellbeing business from home and I am a very happy outgoing person who is very neat and tidy. I like to have good conversations and laughs and I am an early riser around 7am most days if not earlier. :)
