Hi everyone! I’m looking for a friendly and easygoing professional to share my cosy, spacious two-bedroom flat near Clapham Junction. The flat is spread over two floors and has two well-separated bedrooms, a separate living room, and lots of natural light throughout. It’s part of a typical council house in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood, with shops, cafés, and Clapham Junction station just a short walk away. The flat is fully equipped with all the essentials, including WiFi, and there’s plenty of storage space to keep things uncluttered. The room available is a large double with a generous wardrobe and a lovely view over London.

Rent is £900, with bills on top (usually around £150/month), covering everything from council tax to utilities and WiFi.

I’m Italian, 37, and I’ve been living in this flat for about a year. Until recently, I was here with my partner, who has now moved back to Italy—so I’ll be travelling quite a bit, and he might occasionally visit. I work as a lecturer at a university and often work from home, so I’m looking for a considerate and relaxed flatmate—someone who values a calm and friendly atmosphere and is happy to share a comfortable, respectful living space.
