Looking for a female roommate to take a huge double room for 1 month from 08 April - 08 May 2025 (move out date negotiable). This is a 2-bed flat in Queen’s Park that is fully furnished.
The room comes with a king sized bed and a built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space. There is a standing desk and two monitors, which you’re free to use. There is a shared kitchen and living room.
Rent is £950 including all bills / utilities/council tax.
The flat is conveniently located between Kilburn and Queen’s Park. Several tube stations (Overground/Bakerloo) are within 8min walk that take you into central within 30min. On the Kilburn side, there are several amenities inc supermarkets (Sainsbury’s, Aldi, M&S Food, Tesco Express) and cheap fruit stalls. On the Queen’s Park side, there are cute restaurants, pubs, and a farmer’s market every Sunday.
