Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my studio contract from anywhere between now and April 20th(latest) - August 29th.

The Studio is 20 sqm and has a double bed, desk, storage, ensuite bathroom and kitchenette equipped with sink, oven, electric hob, dish washer and fridge and freezer. There is also a washer machine/dryer within the room and TV.

The building itself has a gym, common room, lounge area, bike storage, karaoke room and study room.

Only a 13 minute bus from princes street and Waverley station, and a 15 minute bike ride from Edinburgh University. Within walking distance is a sports centre, supermarkets, parks and cafes.

All the residents are super friendly and the staff extremely helpful as well.

Has great WiFi 100Mb+ and all utility bills are included, along with great security and parcel acceptance.
