I have a bedroom available in a 2 bedroom house available in the Garston area of Liverpool, close to Liverpool South Parkway train station and plenty of bus routes around if you don’t drive. If you do drive then there is space to park on the drive or on street parking. You will have a very nice spacious room, with plenty of storage space and access to the full house. The house itself is fully furnished and you will have access to Sky TV and superfast broadband, the only thing you will need to source is your own bed as I will not have a bed ready in that room. The bills come to roughly £650 a month in terms of rent, gas, electric, water and WiFi, can look at council tax with you as well if you are interested. I am about to get a pet cat named Jerry so if you are not happy to live with a cat then please don’t answer the ad. It is only myself living in the property at the moment. I’m 28, originally from Manchester, but have lived in Liverpool for most of my adult life. I’m a very sociable person, like to go out and meet with friends and occasionly they will come over as well. I’m big into my sports, films and music, most of the time I’m either at a gig or at the cinema. I work an office job Monday-Friday 9-5 and work from home 2 days a week, the rest in the office in Manchester. I keep a nice clean space but I’m not overly fussy!
