Yarnbrook Gardens

I am looking for a single occupant to rent my spare room. The room is fully furnished with a kind size ottoman bed, 2 bedside tables, 1 large chest of drawers and a clothes rail. There is also a 42inch Sony TV.

There is a dedicated covered parking space and garden. One bathroom and one downstairs toilet. The house is a new build with a large living/dining area and separate kitchen. Trowbridge train station is approx. 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk with great links to Bath and Bristol.
