My flatmate and I are moving out of our fully furnished 2-bed, 2-bath flat and are looking for two people to take over our tenancy. The landlord is aware, and the agency will draft a new contract. The rent for the whole property is £2,500 pcm, and it’s ideal for a couple or two friends. Room 1 is a large double with an en-suite (£1,275 pcm), while Room 2 is a spacious double next to the main bathroom (£1,225 pcm). Both rooms have space for a desk, and pets may be considered with the landlord’s agreement.

The flat is spacious with an open-plan kitchen, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a private balcony—perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing. It’s in a fantastic location, just a 15-minute walk to Canada Water Station (Jubilee & Overground), Surrey Quays, and Rotherhithe, with quick access to Canary Wharf and London Bridge. There’s also a bus stop right outside, a large Tesco Extra and Lidl nearby, and Stave Hill Park next door for morning walks or WFH breaks.

The tenancy starts from April 15th (latest move-in date) and runs until October 2026, with a break clause in October 2025. Council Tax is Band E, and the landlord is responsive. As we need to vacate by April 14th, a quick turnover for referencing is required.
