Furnished Double Room Headington High Street!

I’m looking for a flat mate I have a 2 bedroom apartment with a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom.

I will partially live in the property also and I am a 25 year old professional Male in the IT industry working a 9-5.

My preference is for female flat mates not for a particular reason other than they are more tidy and cleaner than us men. I have shared houses before with my male friends and regretted it due to the mess and poor housekeeping.

And I am a very hygienic and tidy person hence my preference and have a ocd about dis organisation

Looking for a sociable and tidy flat mate and will consider length of stay, price etc upon conversation.

The property is still fairly new 1st floor with a balcony also and will be fully furnished with bills included in rent.

Open to flat mates who are tidy and clean and social, after work it’s nice to socialise, go to the gym or watch a movie or make a nice home cooked meal :)
