Double room available in Dennistoun from 1st April.
I am subletting a spare room in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom. It suits short-term as well as long term let.
The flat is located in the G31 area, 5 minute walk from the Bellgrove train station, 2 minute walk from the nearest Lidl.
It takes 4 minutes on the train to reach Queen Street Station, so it’s a great location for Strathclyde students or anyone who commutes into city center.
About the roomies
Current occupants are two male 1 is student 1 is working professionals stay in the flat There is ample space in the living room and kitchen, and a big storage room in the hallway for large items. Each bedroom door has a password lock. Internet bill is included in the rent. Council tax 44/month( free if student )and electricity is usually 30-40 based on usage.
