I have a large double room available, £350 bills excluded. The general usage is very low. A monthly price can be agreed according to use.

You can easily walk into town and the train station is less than ten minutes away. It is also is a good location for anyone working for Rolls Royce and close to Pride park.

Property is available to non smoking/ vaping (No outside smokers), single professionals only. Please note this is a very clean tidy house so I am looking for someone who appreciates this and is tidy and a considerate individual, who is happy to do their share, and equally respectful of others.

The house is double glazed, central heating and nice outside space..

Parking: This is not a problem as you can easily park outside at no cost, and a permit is not required.
