So, I have this cute little studio that I’ve been calling home, and honestly, if I didn’t have to move to accommodate my dog, I wouldn’t be leaving at all! It’s perfect for one person and great for two, with everything you could need for a super comfortable stay.
✨ Location? Couldn’t be better—10 minutes from NTU, right behind Victoria Centre, making life incredibly convenient.

Cozy & functional: Heater, double bed, good-sized washroom with a big mirror, washer & dryer. Kitchen & storage: 4-point induction (2 big, 2 small), lots of storage, big kitchen countertop, and utensils available (if anyone wants to buy them from me!). Spacious & bright: Two big French windows that fully open, letting in amazing ventilation and natural light—I’ve seen sunrises, sunsets, snowfall, and even the northern lights from here! Furnished & set up: Sofa, 55-inch TV, big wardrobe, bedside night table, big chest of drawers, study table + chair + pinboard. Extras? Free full-length mirror, shoe rack, and a 40L dustbin. Water pressure? Perfect. Plus, 24/7 hot water (and I mean actually hot!🔥) 🏢 Building perks:
Privacy is amazing—no one bothers you. Repairs? Sorted! There’s a building person who fixes things for free. Chill vibes—people in the building are great. Proper lift (no struggling with stairs!). Top floor (4th)—plus, there’s a small terrace attached to my window, which is such a nice bonus! 💰 Rent? Just £180 per week! Honestly, such a steal for what you’re getting.
