His ad: Furnished double room in a 3 bed house share located 10 min walk from Clapham junction station and a 15 min walk to Battersea park. You will be sharing a bathroom on the first floor with Ben. The kitchen and living room are both spacious and on the ground floor along with another bathroom. Nice garden with furniture included too.

Rent: £1050 Bills: ~£100 Deposit: £965.33 Room comes with bed frame + mattress, chest of draws, bedside table, and wardrobe. Desk and chair will be leaving with me.
