We’re looking for a long-term housemate to join our spacious home in the peaceful area of Trinity. The lovely single room fits a double bed, has a south facing window, & comes furnished.

We have a sizable living room, dining area, bathroom, & kitchen with a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Inside features hardwood floors, plenty of windows and tons of natural light in a fully furnished home. We are also very lucky to have our own beautiful private garden!

The area is beautiful with the Water of Leith paths and Wardie Bay both a short walk away. Our neighbourhood is accessible by the 8, 9, 14, 16, and 23 buses that go through the city centre.

Our bills average around £150-£160 per month (for council tax, electric/gas, & internet). If you are a student please make sure you can contribute to council tax!

Jessie (28) is a writer currently working in hospitality, and Robyn (31) is an avid artist finishing her phd in Psychology while working in charity shops. We love art, films, puzzling and games, cooking and sharing meals together, and long walks in the fresh air. We value quality time together, but also respect each other’s down-time and personal space. We take good care of our home and take pride in our warm, welcoming space and love to host friends for picnic, dinner, or movie nights when we can.
