Renting a bedroom with a double bed for 1 person on EH16 available now for long-term.

The flat is bright, has two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a living room with TV and WiFi. You will be sharing with me, a Spanish female working in healthcare. I do work from home so preferably looking for someone who doesn’t work from home.

Is located at 20 minutes by bus from Princess Street with access to buses 3, 7, 8, 12, 24, 29, 31, 33, X33, 37, 47, 49, 51, X95 and a 10 minutes walk from local shops and Cameron Toll.

No pets and no smoking flat.

The price is monthly and doesn’t include bills. Monthly bills are 65£ per person for electricity (unless we go over) and 20£ for WiFi. Council tax is band E (80£) - students considered if sharing council tax cost. Total runs 725£.

I’m originally from Spain but have lived in the UK for 10 years. I currently work two jobs—one as a clinical support worker in the hospital and the other as a registered nutritionist for a pharmacy. I enjoy spending time outdoors, listening to music, and socialising, but I also value personal space and quiet time. Parties and drinking aren’t really my scene.
