Our home is in a great location, close to St Albans City station, St Albans high-street, cafes, and Clarence park, making it convenient for your work commute or weekend fun.

Your room is spacious (double room) and comes unfurnished with an oak wardrobe. It can easily fit a large desk (perfect if working from home), double bed, wardrobe, side tables and drawers.

We’ve both lived in the area for two years and really love the location. The flat includes a spacious lounge, bathroom, balcony and kitchen.

Modern Amenities: High-speed WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and a living room with a smart TV and streaming services.

The surrounding garden is a beautiful green space and perfect for summer BBQs. The flat also includes an outhouse for storage. Your flatmate works from home 3 days a week from the lounge and your room is suitable for hybrid working too!

Available to move in: 12th April (But flexible to move in earlier)
