Hi! My name is Alice, I’m 31 years old, and I’m looking for a new flatmate between 27-40 years old to move in on April 1st.

I’ve been living in this wonderful flat for about five years, and my current flatmate is moving back home, so his room is available.

The flat is located in St Paul’s, just behind Portland Square, close to Cabot Circus, Gloucester Road, and only a 10-minute walk from the Harbourside.

It’s a new build with modern architecture and unique interior design. There’s a balcony where you can soak up the sun all afternoon until sunset. The living room and kitchen are fully furnished with all the white goods you’ll need. The bathroom is a wet room, and both bedrooms have a mezzanine with a mattress and a net next to it. You’ll also have space to set up a small office or dressing room under the mezzanine.

I work 8-5, Monday to Friday. I enjoy having friends over for food, drinks, and socialising, but I’m not looking for a party flat. I value my personal space, though I’m happy to socialise now and then. I’d like to keep the flat peaceful and tidy, and it’s important to me that we respect each other’s privacy.
