Polwarth Gardens

Hi there! We’re a six person all-girl flat of second year students. Unfortunately, one of our flatmates is going on a year abroad, so we’re looking for someone to rent her room from 1st June 2025- Summer time 2026 (negotiable). We are a tight-knit bunch who enjoy spending time together, but we’re more than happy to simply provide you with a place to live.

The Flat: A spacious flat with 2 storeys, 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a kitchen with an adjoining utility room, including a dishwasher, 2 washing machines, 2 fridges, a gas stove/oven and a dryer.

There’s also a large living room, with a flat screen tv and several comfy sofas, making it the perfect communal area.

The room itself is very cozy, with a comfy double bed and bedside table, dresser, wardrobe and desk. There is a lovely view (shown in the photos), and it feels very homely.

Very convenient bus stop, directly outside the property: Buses 27 and 10 take you both to main campus and the city centre respectively.

We all study different degrees and have a vast range of hobbies and interests, and get on extremely well. We often spend time together, both in and out of the flat, but it would be up to you whether you want to join!
