Hello! I have a spacious double room available for rent in Sydenham, with on street parking. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, mirror and a TV. All bills are included (TV licence, broadband, gas, and electric). Smoking is permitted outside.

The living arrangements include a shared bathroom and shared living space with live-in landlord. Please note that a family pet might occasionally visit.

The house is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from Connswater Shopping Centre, with plenty of shops and restaurants in the surrounding area. It’s also just a 2-minute walk to the bus stop that brings you to the city centre or a 5-minute walk to the Glider.

This room is ideal for young professionals looking for a clean and friendly living environment.
