I have a furnished double bedroom for a working professional up for grabs (Note: Room is for both single occupancy OR Couples) in my 2 bedroom flat in Romford for £900Pcm Inc. ALL Bills. The person needs to ideally be responsible, respectful, easygoing, clean and energy conscious also.

The Room: Double room with 1 large window and 1 smaller window, loads of natural light. Furnished with double bed with under bed storage, large double wardrobe, with chest of drawers, a black chair and a medium sized black shelf (please see pics included).

The Flat: Relatively modern 2 bedroom flat with balcony, the flat is well presented with modern family bathroom, a shower, bathtub and WC, a large modern kitchen/ living room space with loads of storage, also loads of corridor cupboard space for belongings too.

The Area: The flat is located in a strategic area, particularly for the summer season. Raphael park is down the road, only a 15 min walk. Romford station (Elizabeth Line & C2C) is only an 8 min walk away - can be in Stratford in 25 mins and Liverpool Street in 35 mins.

Romford town centre as well as the bars and amenities of Romford are only a 6-7 min walk away from the property, which is located right by the market area.

The flat is about a 15 min walk to Queens Hospital.
