Looking for someone to take over one month of what is left on my tenancy (£35/day) until 27th March with potential to extend if you find the place a good fit (£700).The available room is on the ground floor by the house entrance, comes with own bathroom and access to an open kitchen, dinning, sitting room and a terrace that leads to the canal.

The house is suitable for anyone who needs to move in immediately and doesn’t mind a live in landlord, occasional noisy stairs and/or cracks on the ceiling and walls.

There are two men living on the property one is the owner’s boyfriend and the other tenant who is barely there. The owner (lady) works from home and prefers a tenant who doesn’t.
