Available immediately, a cosy unfurnished room on own floor sharing with one other person in a charming period cottage in the upmarket old town of Harrow-on-the-Hill.

Situated on a quiet street near the historic school and local park, it has excellent links into central London and all amenities.

A bright room with a private ensuite bathroom. The shared spaces include: lounge with large screen TV, kitchen diner, mezzanine level with chill out / occasional work space, utility room and yard large enough to store bikes securely.

The kitchen is well-appointed with plenty of cupboards and there’s lots of storage space around the house including a loft. Good WiFi throughout.

You will be sharing the home with myself, a professional, often away. You would be welcome to work from home. £850 pcm + bills. Council Tax Banding E

When I’m not working, you’ll find me experimenting in the kitchen—I love cooking up a good meal and sharing it with friends. I also enjoy a great film, whether it’s a classic, a gripping thriller, or something wonderfully obscure.

I’m friendly, easygoing, and always up for a good chat, but I also respect personal space and keeping the home a comfortable, relaxed place to be. I’d love to find a roommate who enjoys good conversation, a cosy atmosphere, and maybe even the occasional shared meal or movie night.
