Amber's room

I am looking for someone to take over my current tenancy at The New Vic M4. The room is a double room which comes furnished with X1 double bed, 2 bedside tables and fitted wardrobes. The bathroom is shared with 1 other female.

Living and Kitchen spaces are shared with 1 personal kitchen cupboard each. The flat is equipped with a washing / drying machine and microwave. Large dining room table and spacious living area and balcony.

The rent includes fee WIFI. Our bills comes to £189 per month including council tax.

The amenities within the complex are all included within the rent and include a private dining suite, gym, cinema and games room, co-working spaces and cafe lounges. The complex offers evenings such as sip and paint evenings and pizza making which is a really great way to meet new people.

The location is next to Victoria train station.

We will be looking for a likeminded female to take over the tenancy.

both work in the office majority of the week with myself working from home on a Wednesday. We enjoy running, fitness, beauty and fashion. It’s not unusual for us to be partaking in a 5 am gym class or run

We also like the odd night out and enjoy r&b/Afrobeats/ hip hop music or equally love a glass of wine and dinner either at home or in one of the many options in Manchester.

We are looking for someone like minded, professional, driven and enjoys socialising but equally likes their own space, we are also very neat and tidy so would like someone to be the same.

The room is available whenever needed but if you are interested we would love to meet for a coffee and a chat !
