Single Trans Female with Two cats stuck in the expensive apartment after last roommate moved out to be with partner. Took over the lease but not been able to afford to fix the mess and damage last roommate left behind.

Would like to split the costs and make it a nice place to live as it’s in a great location. Easy to get on with, I keep to myself mostly but can be a bit boisterous online after work hours.

My cats are both quite nervous creatures that don’t get on well with other animals, so if you have pets, tenancy would be based on whether they got along with your fur babies more so than any other factor.
