The room is the largest in the property, and the previous owner divided it into two smaller rooms. So you can have one side for sleeping, and the other side as a private living room, just for yourself. The rest of the house it’s been redecorated recently, so everything is new and modern. The property includes back garden, and easy parking by the front door The kitchen is new, including the appliances, and with plenty of space to store things. Viewing is highly recommended, as the house it’s exquisite and the neighborhood it’s calm and welcoming. The bills which are not included in the rent, are only gas and electric, and this would be shared with the rest of the people in the house, meaning the amount will be low every month ( obviously a bit higher in winter, but not much more ).
