The single room has 4’ double bed. Looking for a reliable housemate who is sociable, clean and tidy. This is a ‘laid back and friendly’ household (as you will see if you come to view). It’s kept clean and tidy at all times.

The room on offer is a good size and particularly suitable for student / younger person. Applicants should however be in full-time education / employment and be able to pay the rent. All bills included EXCEPT for washing machine and dryer as these both EAT electricity.

Whilst NO SMOKING is stated as a preference - smoking is a strictly outdoors policy.

All rooms are modern and fully furnished and can be rearranged how you prefer. A small desk can be added to the room if needed. Looking for students / young professionals with a sociable side.
