Lucie's room

A lovely, super quiet double bedroom in an end of terrace flat, with greenery outside every window. It’s a short distance from Brixton and Streatham station, and a quick walk away from Brockwell Park and Herne Hill. The flat faces onto a mostly pedestrian community gardens, and despite being just off Brixton Hill, you can’t hear any cars.

I’m a live-in landlord, and the house is full of books, a well-stocked spice drawer, and neighbours dropping by for a cuppa. I’m a theatre director and lecturer, and a big fan of cooking up a storm, cold swims in the lido, cosy weekends with the newspaper, and crafting. AFAB/LGBTQ tenants preferred.
