David's room

This is 2 bedroom flat and  it’s located just of the dual carriageway St.Albans road A414 near to M1 and M25 access with bus stop literally behind the corner.  There are local shops aroundd like Co-op, Big Tesco and Lidl, post office, Pharmacy etc. about 10 minutes walk. The flat is on the 1st floor with free of street parking and the room for rent is double bedroom with day bed which is possible to extend, 2 large wardrobes, this is with shared bathroom with toilet and bath/shower and kitchen with all amenities e.g. washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, steamer, microwave, gas cooker/owen and all necessary cookware, plates, cutlery etc. And high speed Internet (Virgin) I do have a cat,  she’s very friendly and clean and kept home all the time and wouldn’t go to the rent room but move freely in other rooms. I’m looking for someone who plan to stay a bit longer than just a few months.

I do have a cat,  who is very friendly and clean and kept home all the time - she would not go into the room being made available for rent.

I’m 50 years old and work full time, mainly Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays and Sundays. I’m a nice, quiet, clean, tidy person and would expect the same from the person moving in - but I’m also very relaxed. I’m ideally looking for someone who can commit to a longer contract, but I’m happy to discuss your needs if you’re interested in the room.
