Hi!

I’m looking at moving out of my current house share due to relocating to move in with my partner.

The house has 8 bedrooms, and is situated right between Warwick and Leamington Spa. The room is furnished with a desk & chair, double bed, bedside tables, TV and a walk in wardrobe. All bills are included and a cleaner comes once a month to clean the communal areas. There is also a hot tub in the garden!

The en-suite has a large rainfall shower, toilet, sink and heated towel rail.

The kitchen has two ovens with two gas hobs. Between us we have three fridges and a large spacious garage. There is parking for 4 cars on the driveway and an electric car charging port. We also have a utility room with a washer and a dryer.

My contract lasts until the end of the academic year, however we have been offered the option to renew for next year so there will likely be an opportunity to stay longer if necessary.

I don’t have a set date to take the contract over from, so can be flexible if it works for both of us. Just wanted to gauge interest on the room initially. Thanks!
