Manor House Drive

The room is located in the Alvis House, of the CV Central apartment complex on Manor House Drive in Coventry. Its central, 2 mins from the Quadrant bus stand, 7 mins from the Coventry train station. Its available to move in from now till the end of September. The house has a balcony, available parking in the complex, a spacious living room and ample storage.

I am a PhD student at Warwick Uni. I am clean and tidy but not too particular. I’m social but also like my own space. I am queer, and my partner, also an academic, comes around a few times a week. My friends, a largely poc circle, are also over every few weeks. I am ideally looking for a queer flatmate, but it is not an essential. Just someone easy to get along with and comfortable.
