Fully furnished and recently re-decorated, this is a quiet house with great transport links: convenient for the A38 and M1, a bus stop around the corner taking you to Derby or Mansfield via a regular service. Close to Ripley with its shops and restaurants (1 mile). Located approx 9 miles from Derby, 15 miles from Nottingham, 12 miles from the Peak District.
Council Tax (Band C), Broadband, TV licence and window cleaning included. Utility bills shared (25% each at all times) including by me (I will only be in the property a few days per month).

About the roomies
I currently have two housemates (both female…hence the reason for our lodger suitability preference to be another female), sociable and respectable, so we are now looking for a third professional to occupy this lovely room. Shared bathroom, kitchen, living room.
