We’re taking viewings for an easy-going and friendly person to move into a lovely double room in a homely, comfortable, very spacious and friendly.

This is a super cozy and spacious room in a lovely house, with two big windows that let in loads of natural light. It’s got plenty of storage with wardrobes, a comfy carpet, and just a really nice vibe overall. I’ve absolutely loved living here, but sadly, work means I have to move to a different part of London. Gutted to be leaving this Availability

The Rent

The rent is £775 per calendar month, all bills included (Water, gas, electric, council tax)

Transport and The Location

2 Minutes walk to Sutton Common Station (zone 4) 2 Mintues walk to Bus Stop S3 & 470 6 Minutes walk to Bus Stop (164,154, N44,151) If you need to access Morden station

Overall the transport is really great if you need to travel Central London (50 Minutes to Farringdon)

If you do wish to view the room, it is important that you reply with a little bit of information about yourself, or have a full Spareroom profile of your own. This is because I like to give everyone who applies full consideration and we try and match prospective tenants.

I would advise that you arrange to view ASAP because good rooms with a good price! Once everything’s sorted, I’ll pass it directly to the landlord (Kevin)—no agency fees, super straightforward!

The house will be share with two easy going and friendly people. Esther working for childcare and Sandra work for security. Kevin (Landlord) will stay over sometimes for maintenance, he is a really cool guy who love house music.
