Large loft room with kingsize bed, plus a sofa bed, shower and toilet on the same floor, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, 2 hob electric burner all. In the room. This is a family home with 2 teenagers, and a 6 year old, dogs and cats, we are a very friendly and welcoming family who you can chose to integrate yourself with or you can chose to keep yourself to yourself given that facilities in the room. We live in the the beautiful town of Builth Wells, will all the amenities you need. You would be responsible for buying your own food, and hygiene products

I am a 43 yr old woman who has recently stepped out of a Social Work Carer to care for my grandson full time, he is 6 and loves people, so will definitely want to say hi when you move in. My 17 and 16 yr old sons also live here both good lads and generally just get on with doing their own thing. We have 2 very friendly dogs and 3 affectionate cats
