We have a cleaner that comes monthly and cleans the whole house including our bedrooms and the shared areas (not negotiable as it would be great to have all areas in the house stay clean). We want a roommate that is nice tbh. We don’t want to live with someone mean, inconsiderate or dirty. We’d like to build a friendship with our roommate that last past us living together or just a simply respectful relationship.
