On April 17th the large bedroom will be available for rent. Looking for a housemate to share a two-bedroom terraced house located in a quiet place in Eccles. Only 2 people will live in the house.

This is a large double bedroom (320x370cm) in Eccles In the room is a single bed, a table, chairs and a large wardrobe. Optionally, you can add any furniture and remove existing (except for the big wardrobe).

The house has laminated floors, white walls.

In this house is a fast broadband, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and separate fridge for my housemate. No space for a bicycle inside.

All bills included. £600 per calendar month.

I’m looking for a non-smoking housemate. You should also be a working professional in order for my landlords to approve your move to this house.
