The drive is big enough for two cars with kerb-side parking for another (free parking). The location is secluded but very close to town, ten minutes walk to bus station, 15 minutes to train station. Two minutes drive to M62, M1, A64 Inner Ring Road. Very handily located for the city centre without being in a flat! Bus stop for the city a minute walk.

It comprises - kitchen with washing machine and fridge freezer a south-facing back garden. The lounge has plenty of seating, real wood floors, a large flat screen tv with Virgin tv and broadband. All bills are included - gas/electricity*, council tax, utilities and TV/Wifi.

I am looking for 6 months tenancy agreements or longer.

Payment one month in advance and one month returnable bond required. No smoking/pets/ full time home workers
