Hi! I’m looking for someone ( preferably female and student) to take over a spacious double room in my flat near Newington, starting March (negotiable) . The room has a double bed, a wardrobe, bedside table and desk. The house is fully furnished and is a 20 mins walk from the George Square Campus and 15 mins from Kings Buildings campus of the University of Edinburgh. The house has all amenities like fridge, washing machine, microwave oven, TV etc.

The rent will be £700 per month; the energy bills, wifi, miscellaneous shared costs come to around 30 in summer and 70 in winter.

The Salisbury Place and Minto Street bus stops are at 5 minutes walk from the house. There’s a Tesco at 2mins walking distance and Sainsbury’s at 5mins walking distance. There are two nice cafes just around the corner and the locality is warm and welcoming.

You will share the flat with me, a 25-year-old final-year female PhD student at UoE. I stay at the lab most of the time, hardly at home.
