If you’re looking a small room only 15 minutes away from Maidstone town center then this is your spot. It’s just myself & my cat. Plenty of space to get work done, or go travel to the coast and explore. You will have access to

- Kitchen (Fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle)
- Washer/Dryer
- Bathroom (SHARED)
No smoking No shoes on carpet No pets
I am rarely inside as I have an office in the garden which I work from
Ideally looking for someone who is just quiet and clean. Working professional is a bonus
On the weekends I usually go see family in London.
On the odd occasions I use the living room to watch tv and football

About the roomies
Sporty. I train everyday. Work in the office in the back and on the odd occasion I watch a bit of tv in my living room. Weekends I’m usually down in London. I’m quite disciplined and routined.
