Hi! I have a lovely spacious house in the Savile park area of Halifax. I am renting out 3 rooms in this house. 2 rooms are double (£600 each) very big and spacious. The 3rd room is a single (£450)

The house is a 2 min walk to Savile park field. A short walk into town. Tesco a few minutes walk away and king cross within walking distance. House is located in a nice area.

If interested, please get in touch. There is no deposit veg would be pref however I am flexible with this. Would need to be professional and without any criminal record. (Also would only suit a tidy person)

Currently me and wife (and daughter) live in the property. We live on the top floor. So you would be on the floor below. The house is comfortable and I am sure you will like it.
