I’m looking for a friendly, tidy professional to share my modern new-build home in the sought-after Stoneley Park Taylor Wimpey development. The house was completed in May 2024 and is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac next to the Groby Road greenbelt, offering a peaceful setting while still being close to local amenities and transport links.

The room includes:

• Spacious furnished double bedroom
• Brand-new double bed with a high-quality mattress
• Bedside table
• Large wardrobe with plenty of storage

You’ll also have:

• Full access to the fully equipped kitchen with appliances, cookware, crockery and cutlery
• Use of the recently landscaped garden, complete with a modern seating area and fire pit
• High-speed Wi-Fi
• All bills included (gas, electricity, water, council tax and internet)
• Private parking space directly outside the house
• Only a 10-minute drive to Crewe Railway Station

A few things to know:

• I have two small, friendly dogs, so this home won’t be suitable if you have a dog allergy.
• The house is still being finished with a few cosmetic decorating touches following the recent living room refurbishment.
• One month’s deposit is required.
• Single occupancy only – no couples.

I’m looking for someone who is respectful, clean, considerate and treats the house like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

There is one person (myself) and I’m the owner. Very chilled and laid back. Gym 5 days a week. 2 small dogs (7 & 8 years old) who are well behaved and want nothing more than attention. I like to see my friends a lot and visit family a lot. I am highly motivated so I’m never really sat down until very late at night.

Summer is here and the fire pit is on so sitting around it in the late evening with a glass of wine, this is my idea of a perfect week/weekend.
