Three story, three bedroom house with back garden space. Spacious communal kitchen/lounge. Close to Mill Road, City Centre and Addenbrookes Hospital. Bills work out to be approx £180 per person and this is separate to the rent.

There is street parking outside the property but it is on a first come basis.

Two existing roommates are Dan mid thirties male; driving instructor who spends a lot of spare time gaming, very chill. Jenn early thirties female; works at local hospital, very artsy and spends spare time crafting, also vegetarian but doesn’t mind living with meat eaters as long as they clean up after themselves. Looking for someone equally chilled out who is tidy and responsible. House is cat friendly (landlord is happy for cats).
