Hi there, my friend and I are currently looking to move out from our houseshare located in Redland. There are 4 other girls, all young professionals from 21-25. The avaliable room has a shower and sink in the room, a double bed, a desk and plenty of storage space. There is a loo on the first floor and a full bathroom on the top floor of the three-storey house. There is also a garden with a picnic bench table which will be perfect in summer! The kitchen has lots of storage space, a washing machine, tumble dryer, a dishwasher, and a breakfast bar. There is a good sized communal living room. The rent is £750ppcm, bills are around £40 each per month and Council Tax is around £65. The house is in a perfect location just off Chandos road, leading easily to Cotham Hill, Whiteladies Road, and Gloucester Road. The tenancy ends 31 August 2025.
