The room:
The room available is furnished, with two chest of drawers, a walk-in wardrobe plus another very spacious walk in cupboard available in the corridor for your own use.
It is ideal for a professional single person or couple. Prefer non-smokers, no pets and medium-term let (6-12 months max initially with perhaps the possibility of extending further).
Your flat-mate: You will share the flat with Brad, a 28-year-old English professional, who is easy to get along with and is just a pleasure to live with! The flat and Brad are both fantastic! ;-)
Availability: The moving in date is from 01 March 2025 or earlier.
Costs:
The rent is £1,097 pcm for single person occupancy (£1,197 for a couple). All bills are excluded (council tax band E also not included). Bills will remain in the landlord’s name and their total is £247 (single occupancy) / £300 (for double occupancy).
1 month’s deposit and references (previous landlord and work) required.
The flat is very tidy and clean and I would expect anyone who comes to live in it to contribute to keep it this way. To this end, there is currently a cleaner that Brad has arranged to come every other Tuesday which costs £15 to each tenant every time she comes.
