40 Muirhall Road has been my home since moving to Larbert from Aberdeen for almost three years. It is an extremely accessable flat for travel as it’s right beside Larbert train station and the A91 motorway to Stirling, with a myriad of local towns such as Falkirk, Camelon and Stenhousemuir for supermarkets, retail shops, gyms, cafes and restaurants.
It is technically a 1 bedroom property but I am listing my lounge as a room because I barely use it and when family and friends come over, they are able to stay in the kitchen. I currently own a single foldout bed but am willing to goes halves on investing in a sofabed if you are avaliable in renting the room.
My flat is located on the 2nd floor of the property building, it has a kitchen connected to a small dinning room, one bathroom with a showerbath and a hallway for shoes and everyday essentials. As of January 2025, my boiler has been service and I’ve had a HIVE electronic thermomator installed to control the flat’s heating.
